Terms and Conditions :-
The Services are accessible at Ncrtaxiservice.com and any other websites through which Ncr Taxi Service makes the Services available and any related applications (the “Application”). By using the Services, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by the terms and conditions of these Terms of Service, whether or not you become a registered user of the Services. These Terms govern your access to and use of the Site, Application and Services and all Collective Content (defined below) and constitute a binding legal agreement between you and Ncr Taxi Service.
Please verify the opening & closing time kms reading journey.
Driver night charges 250/- for Sedan, 300/- for Suv, 500/- for Tempo traveller extra and paid by customer.
Verbal Commitment Done by any of our executives is not valid.
Night travel not allowed in winters due to fog ( Strictly), for Safety.
Visiting Rohtang Pass shell be subject to compliance of NGT (National Green Tribunal) Rules & Regulations. Restrictions & instructions for each traveler will be elaborated to the client on arrival.
Ncr Taxi Service is not responsible, if some sightseeings have been missed due to heavy rush, machinery disturbance, traffic & time issues.
The rates are subject to changes depending on fluctuation of Diesel, Petrol, Cng, and tax parking prices in India.
Due to traffic or any other unavoidable reason, the pickup may be delayed by 30 mins.
Driver details will be shared up to 6 hrs prior to departure.
You are not allowed to take pets with you inside the cab.
Parking charges are excluded and will have to be paid directly to the driver.
Car air-conditioners will not be working in hilly routes & also when the vehicle is not in motion.
You can accommodate 2 bags in Sedan and 3 bags in SUV.
Ncr Taxi Service
We do not commit on particular fuel type vehicle like Petrol, Diesel or CNG.
No refund or any changes will be accepted at last minutes for Trip/Tour starting or after starting or middle of trip.
The Regular rates not valid for any festival and weekend or season time.
Mentioned rates not applicable for Chardham, Leh and Ladakh, Jammu & Kashmir, Upper part of Himachal & Uttarakhand.
If any extra km charge applicable than you have to pay as per norms ( Which is mention on ticket).
Cab may be changed in case of unavailability of particular category cabs or in case of break down. It may be upgraded ir degraded as per availability of cab on the desired moment. However booking amount would not be changed in any case.
The cab/tempo traveller images shared before booking confirmation is only for your basic understanding of vehicle model.
Ncr Taxi Service might change driver and Taxi, Tempo traveller details prior to boarding the Taxi, Tempo traveller in case vehicle breakdown or other genuine reasons at vendor end. No cancellation request shall be entertained in such cases.
Ncr Taxi Service has no responsibility if you do not check starting K.m reading and closing K.m reading and driver demand for extra K.m Charge.
Distance will only be calculated from garage to garage.
Driver will take time to fuel CNG vehicle & that time duration would be included in journey hours.
It is humble request to customer please do not create the pressure for high speed ie above 80Km/hr as per gov.norms.
If customer pays any amount to driver without informing to company Ncr Taxi Service will be not responsible for the same.
Ncr Taxi Service is not responsible for machinery disturbance i.e. mechanical disturbance in a cab, Tyre puncture, or any other mechanical issue during the trip.
Ncr Taxi Service
Customers should take responsibility of their own luggage. Cab drivers do not provide porter services and cannot be held liable for any such loss.
Ncr Taxi Service is not liable for any loss or damage of personal belongings like mobile, tab, laptop, ornaments, etc.
In case local attractions are closed for maintenance / weather conditions / government orders / strike / curfew /natural calamity / any other unforeseen reasons, Ncr Taxi Service will try its best to reimburse the appropriate amount against the same in case refund is possible. However, Ncr Taxi Service is not obligated for the same and cannot be held liable against it.
